Throughout this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below.

The Data Controller responsible for your Personal Data is unik4d, an internationally registered gaming operator accessible at unik4d.cam. unik4d operates under an offshore gaming licence and is responsible for all decisions relating to how your Personal Data is collected, stored, used, and shared.

For all data protection enquiries, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests, you may contact us at the email address and channels listed in Section 15 (Contact & Complaints) below.

unik4d collects the following categories of Personal Data, depending on the nature of your interaction with the Platform:

unik4d does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data beyond what is strictly necessary for age and identity verification under KYC obligations.

We collect Personal Data through the following channels and mechanisms:

• Direct submission: Data you provide voluntarily when you complete the registration form, submit KYC documents, make a deposit or withdrawal request, or contact our support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• Automated technical collection: When you visit or use the Platform, our servers automatically log Technical Data and Usage Data through server logs, session tokens, and first-party cookies. This data is collected regardless of whether you are logged in.
• Payment processing partners: When you initiate a deposit or withdrawal, our payment gateway and local banking integration partners may return transaction metadata — such as transaction reference numbers, timestamps, and partial account details — that is associated with your unik4d account record.

unik4d processes your Personal Data for the following specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes:

1. Account creation and management: To register your account, maintain your profile, authenticate your login sessions, and communicate account-related notifications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, and security alerts.
2. Identity and age verification (KYC): To verify that you are who you claim to be, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment methods linked to your account. This is a regulatory obligation under our international gaming licence.
3. Payment processing: To process deposits from and withdrawals to your verified Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and to reconcile transaction records.
4. Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML): To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct as defined in our Terms & Conditions.
5. Platform improvement and personalisation: To analyse aggregated usage patterns, improve the platform's performance and user experience, and — where you have consented — to personalise content such as relevant game recommendations or promotions.
6. Customer support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain records of your support interactions for quality assurance and audit purposes.
7. Legal and regulatory compliance: To fulfil obligations imposed by our international gaming licence, respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities, and defend legal claims.
8. Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about new products or features on the Platform — but only where you have actively opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support.

For members accessing the Platform from Indonesia or any other jurisdiction, unik4d relies on the following legal bases when processing Personal Data:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and unik4d — primarily account management, payment processing, and customer support — is carried out on the basis that it is necessary to deliver the services you have requested.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with our KYC, AML, and licensing obligations is carried out on the basis of legal obligation under applicable international gaming regulations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and anonymised usage analytics is carried out on the basis of unik4d's legitimate interest in operating a secure and well-functioning platform, provided this does not override your fundamental privacy rights.
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies is carried out on the basis of your freely given, informed, and specific consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

unik4d does not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Data. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances and with the minimum necessary disclosure:

• Payment processors and banking partners: We share relevant financial data with the payment gateways and local Indonesian banks or e-wallet providers required to process your deposits and withdrawals. These partners process data strictly as instructed by unik4d and under contractual data processing agreements.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Where we use a third-party verification service to authenticate your identity documents, the specific documents required for that verification are shared with that provider under a confidentiality agreement.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers: Our Platform is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure. The hosting provider has access to server-level data but is contractually prohibited from accessing or using the content of that data for any purpose other than infrastructure maintenance.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: We will disclose Personal Data to competent regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or courts where we are legally compelled to do so, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of unik4d, its members, or the public.
• Anti-fraud and AML networks: In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, we may share relevant account and transaction data with licensed anti-fraud consortia or financial intelligence bodies to the extent permitted or required by our licensing obligations.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a substantial part of unik4d's business assets, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, provided the acquirer agrees to honour this Privacy Policy or provides equivalent protections.

unik4d uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform effectively. The following categories of cookies are in use:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication tokens that keep you logged in as you navigate between pages, and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
• Performance and analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymised data about how members use the Platform — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where users navigate after landing on a particular page. This data helps us improve the Platform experience. These cookies are enabled by default but can be disabled in your browser settings.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences, such as your preferred language, display settings, or last-visited section of the Platform, so you do not have to reconfigure them on every visit.
• Marketing cookies: If you have consented to receive personalised promotions, these cookies track which offers you have seen and interacted with so that we avoid showing you duplicate promotions. These cookies are only activated upon explicit opt-in.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling certain cookies may impair the functionality of your unik4d account. The Platform does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no universal standard for such signals currently exists.

unik4d retains Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following specific retention guidelines:

• Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your account membership, plus a further five (5) years following permanent account closure, to satisfy licensing audit requirements and potential legal claims.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, consistent with standard international AML record-keeping obligations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the relevant interaction, then securely deleted unless the interaction relates to an ongoing dispute or regulatory matter.
• Technical and usage data logs: Retained for twelve (12) months in identifiable form, then anonymised and retained indefinitely in aggregated statistical form for platform analytics purposes.
• Marketing preference records: Retained for the duration of your account membership plus two (2) years, to document your consent history.

At the end of each applicable retention period, Personal Data is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised such that it can no longer be linked to any identifiable individual.

unik4d implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Key measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data exchanged between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher, equivalent to 256-bit AES encryption.
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive Personal Data stored in our databases — including KYC documents and financial account details — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 symmetric encryption.
• Access controls: Access to Personal Data is restricted to unik4d staff and authorised Data Processors on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with data access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): Administrative access to systems containing Personal Data requires multi-factor authentication.
• Regular security audits: Our infrastructure and application code undergo periodic security assessments and penetration testing by qualified independent security professionals.
• Incident response: In the event of a confirmed data breach that creates a material risk to affected members, unik4d will notify impacted individuals without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach, describing the nature of the incident and the remediation steps taken.

Subject to applicable law and any overriding legal obligations on the part of unik4d, you hold the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:

• Right of access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data unik4d holds about you at any time. We will respond within 30 days of a verified request.
• Right to rectification: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data be corrected. Corrections to identity-critical data (name, date of birth) require documentary evidence.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to unik4d's legal retention obligations under gaming regulations and AML law.
• Right to restriction of processing: You may request that unik4d restricts its processing of your data in certain circumstances — for example, while an inaccuracy dispute is being resolved.
• Right to data portability: You may request that data you have actively provided to unik4d (e.g., account profile data) be transmitted to you in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
• Right to object: You may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests (including profiling for fraud detection) where you believe your fundamental rights override those interests.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on your consent (e.g., marketing communications, non-essential cookies), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the details in Section 15. We will verify your identity before processing any rights request and will respond within 30 calendar days. If your request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days and will notify you accordingly.

The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and older. unik4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not register an account or use any services on the Platform.

If unik4d becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through our KYC screening, a third-party report, or any other means — that Account will be immediately suspended, all data associated with it will be flagged for expedited deletion (subject to any fraud investigation obligations), and any net deposit funds will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any winnings generated.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child under 21 has registered an account on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 15 so that we can take prompt action.

unik4d's infrastructure and some of its third-party service providers are based outside Indonesia. As a result, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than the one in which you reside.

Where such transfers occur, unik4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data to a standard at least equivalent to the protections afforded under this Privacy Policy. Applicable safeguards may include:

• Data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses with each third-party processor.
• Transfer to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection by relevant international standards.
• Binding corporate rules or equivalent internal data governance policies where data is transferred within a corporate group.

By accepting this Privacy Policy and registering an account on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to your Personal Data being transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia as described in this section.

unik4d may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, changes to applicable law or regulatory guidance, or improvements to the Platform. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 calendar days following the change.
• Where practicable, send a notification to the email address registered on your account, particularly where changes meaningfully affect your rights or the way we use your data.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how unik4d is protecting your information.

unik4d will acknowledge all privacy-related requests within 48 hours of receipt and will endeavour to resolve straightforward requests within 14 calendar days. Complex requests — such as full data access exports or cross-system erasure requests — may require up to 30 calendar days and will be confirmed in writing.

If you are not satisfied with how unik4d has handled your Personal Data or responded to your privacy request, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction, or to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction unik4d operates.
